A 14-year-old student, Farhan Ayaz, died allegedly due to torture by a reciter at a madrassa in the Chaliyar area of Khwaza Khela tehsil in Swat. According to the police, Farhan was studying at the local madrassa when he was allegedly physically assaulted by the reciter, which led to a deterioration in his condition.
Farhan was promptly taken to the hospital, but unfortunately, he could not be revived. His body has been transferred to Khwaza Khela Hospital for a postmortem examination. Following the incident, police have arrested two teachers from the madrassa, and an investigation is currently underway.
