PESHAWAR: To boost tourism during Eid-ul-Adha, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government will open camping pods at popular tourist spots across the province.
These pre-built pods, located in scenic areas like Sharan Valley (Kaghan), Thandiani (Abbottabad), Bamboreit (Kailash), multiple sites in Upper Chitral, Gabin Jabba & Sultan Valley (Swat), Malika Mahaban & Shaheed Sir (Buner), Alai Maidan (Battagram), Yakh Tangai (Shangla), and Samana (Orakzai), offer tourists a comfortable and safe place to stay.
Provincial officials stated the move aims to promote tourism by letting visitors enjoy the region’s natural beauty while having access to secure accommodation.
