Sirens sound across Israel amid Iranian missile attacks

Israel-Iran conflict escalates:

Iran has launched another round of strikes on Israel, firing 300 ballistic missiles. The Israeli military and local media confirmed the Iranian attack.

The missile strike followed an initial operation in which Iran fired more than 100 missiles. The total number of rockets fired has now exceeded 400.

The Israeli military says that the country’s air defence system is fully activated, but the number and intensity of the missiles pose a risk of damage in many areas. Sirens are sounding in several cities, including Tel Aviv, Haifa and occupied Jerusalem, and the echo of explosions can be heard in the air.

According to eyewitnesses, clouds of smoke have been seen after powerful explosions in Tel Aviv and other key locations. Citizens are being evacuated to shelters, while an emergency has been declared in hospitals.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guards have not yet issued an official statement, but the attack is being described as a coordinated and complete retaliation.
