DG ISPR Lt. Gen. Ahmed Sharif visited Jinnah University for Women in Karachi, where he received a warm welcome from the university administration and female students.
During his visit, DG ISPR addressed the female students, discussing the strategy and sacrifices of the Pakistan Army in thwarting the enemy’s evil intentions during “Operation Banyan Marsus.” He emphasised that the Pakistani people, especially female students, played a crucial role in this operation, effectively dismantling India’s strategic assumptions.
DG ISPR stated, “There is no doubt that Kashmir is the lifeline of Pakistan.” He further explained that the people of Balochistan share strong ties of religion, culture, and tradition with Pakistan, asserting that a handful of terrorists from “Fitna Hindustan” cannot harm these bonds.
The university administration and students paid tribute to the Pakistan Army for its victories in the conflict. On this occasion, the students expressed, “We are from the Pakistan Army, and the Pakistan Army is from the people.” They affirmed that the relationship between the people and the army has always been, and will continue to be, very strong.
The students showed great enthusiasm, expressing their desire for more such sessions in the future. In conclusion, the participants raised slogans of “Pakistan Aamir Zindabad” along with loud cheers.
