ISLAMABAD: The Facilitation Center in Makkah has received a total of 3,147 complaints from Hajj pilgrims this year, according to the Ministry of Religious Affairs MORA.
Officials confirmed that 2,446 complaints have already been resolved, while 113 are still being processed. Another 588 complaints were dismissed as unsubstantiated.
Pilgrims received immediate assistance for issues related to travel, lost tickets, accommodation, and food. To streamline services, special airline help desks were set up near pilgrims’ residences.
The Ministry noted a significant decrease in complaints compared to Hajj 2024, highlighting improved efficiency in addressing pilgrims’ concerns.
