The gold prices has experienced a sharp decline following the ceasefire between Iran and Israel. According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola in the country has dropped by Rs 3,800 on the second day of the business week. The new price for gold per tola is now Rs 354,365.
Additionally, the price for 10 grams of gold has decreased by Rs 3,258, bringing the new price to Rs 303,810.
In related news, gold prices have also fallen in the global market, decreasing by $39 to reach $3,327 per ounce.

Gold prices saw a slight drop in both international and local markets on Monday.
In the global bullion market, gold fell by $3 per ounce, settling at $3,366. Following this trend, domestic markets also recorded a decrease.
In Pakistan, the price of 24-carat gold per tola dropped by Rs300, closing at Rs358,165. Similarly, the rate for ten grams of gold decreased by Rs257, reaching Rs307,068.
The decline was attributed to weaker global trends, as reported by local Sarafa Association sources.
