The condition was communicated during official negotiations held in the lobby of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly.
The government’s negotiating committee was led by Advisor on Health Ehtesham Ali, while AGEGA was represented by its provincial president Samiullah Khalil. AGEGA leaders presented their demands in detail, focusing on financial disparities affecting provincial employees.
“The committee acknowledged our concerns and assured us that once the federal notification is issued, the provincial government will respond accordingly,” said an AGEGA representative.
The government side also urged AGEGA to postpone ongoing protests, assuring them of continued engagement on their demands. Following the talks, the AGEGA delegation returned to brief the protesting employees on the outcome of the negotiations.
