KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan saw a sharp increase of Rs 6,100 per tola on Saturday, reaching an all-time high of Rs359,000, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
In the international market, the price of gold rose by $61, touching $3,363 per ounce.
Meanwhile, the rate of 10 grams of gold climbed by Rs5,229 to settle at Rs307,784. The price of one tola of silver also increased by Rs53, now standing at Rs3,953.
