PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has transferred two senior officers of the Information Department, including the Director General of Information and Public Relations.
According to a notification issued in this regard, Muhammad Imran, a Grade 20 officer awaiting posting in the Information Department, has been posted as Director General of Information and Public Relations, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Director General of Information and Public Relations, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Muhammad Ansar, has been transferred and posted as Press Registrar, Directorate of Information and Public Relations.

The federal government has made several appointments and transfers of senior officers, while the appointment of the Chairperson and Member of the Pakistan Digital Authority has also been implemented with the approval of the Prime Minister.
Dr. Hamid Atiq Sarwar, a retired officer of Grade 22, has been posted as Member, Strategic Transformation at FBR Headquarters, Islamabad. He has been appointed on a contract basis for one year.
Chief, National Commission for the Empowerment of Women Muhammad Ismail Iqbal has been transferred and directed to report to the Establishment Division. Ahsan Ali Mangi, a Grade 21 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service, who was OSD in the Establishment Division, has been appointed Director General, National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA).
Controller Military Accounts (DP) Rawalpindi Umar Ali Shah Banuri has been transferred and posted as Chief Internal Auditor, Senate Secretariat.
On the other hand, the transfer of Section Officer Sher Alam from the Establishment Division to the Defence Division has been cancelled, while Section Officer Sajid-ul-Hassan has been appointed as Deputy Secretary, Establishment Division under Section 10 of the Civil Servants Act, 1973.
