MARDAN: A clear message has been issued by the Mardan Police that strict legal action will be taken against those elements who use vulgar, obscene language on TikTok or other social media platforms, upload immoral videos and spread evil in society.
Taking immediate action on public complaints, the City Police, under the supervision of SP City Shafiur Rehman, on the instructions of DPO Mardan Zahoor Babar Afridi, has taken action and registered an FIR against the “obscene group”.
This group included boys and girls who were misleading the young generation by sharing obscene content, abuse and immoral conversations from their accounts.
The police have arrested the named accused Zahid son of Noor Alam, resident of Mistriabad, Mardan, while the arrest of other accused is also expected soon. The arrested accused has confessed that his group has been involved in immoral activities and has also assured that he will not be involved in any such activity in the future.
DPO Mardan Zahoor Babar Afridi made it clear that those who spread obscenity, abusive language and social evils on social media will not be tolerated at all. Such people will be brought to their logical end according to the law so that clean and positive values can be promoted in society.
