The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has banned the manual stamp papers across the province and replaced the old system with the E-stamping system.

According to the notification issued in this regard, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has banned manual stamp papers. A notification has been issued in the province under the Registration Act 1908. Only e-stamping will be used in the province from September 1, 2025. According to the announcement, the use of manual stamp papers has been abolished in registration offices. This decision has been taken to ensure transparency and fast service delivery.

Manual stamp papers will not be accepted after September 01. All registrars have been instructed to strictly implement the orders.
