Apple has officially announced its next major product launch event, named “A Dropping,” scheduled for September 9th.
The event is expected to be headlined by the new iPhone 17 series, which is rumored to introduce several significant changes. According to reports, the new lineup will feature five color options: black, white, gray, dark blue, and a new orange.

A key upgrade for the iPhone 17 Pro models is the anticipated introduction of a new “vapor chamber” cooling system. This technology is designed to prevent the phone from overheating during intensive tasks like gaming, allowing for better sustained performance.
The star of the show might be the “iPhone 17 Air,” which is rumored to be the thinnest iPhone ever at just 5.5mm thick, featuring a 6.6-inch display.

Other expected features across the Pro models include a more powerful A19 Pro chip, increased RAM, significant camera upgrades with 8K video recording, and a new button layout. All new phones will come pre-installed with the new iOS 26 operating system.
Besides iPhones, Apple may also unveil the Apple Watch Series 11, a new Apple Watch Ultra, updated AirPods, and a new HomePod. However, a foldable iPhone is not expected to be announced at this event.
