A Gilgit-Baltistan government helicopter crashed near Chilas, which was confirmed by GB government spokesperson Faizullah Faraq.
According to the spokesperson, the helicopter crashed while attempting to land due to a technical fault, in which 2 pilots and 2 technical staff were on board.
The Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan has expressed regret over the incident.
The GB government spokesperson says that the Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan has directed the relevant authorities to reach the spot.
It should be noted that on August 15, a government helicopter crashed in Mohmand district during relief activities, in which five crew members, including two pilots, were martyres
