The Anti-Terrorism Court has extended the interim bail of Aleema Khan, the sister of the Chairman of PTI, in the November 26 protest case until September 10.
According to court sources, the hearing of the case was adjourned due to the leave of Judge Amjad Ali Shah, due to which the decision to extend the interim bail of Aleema Khan and other accused was announced.
The court has also extended the interim bail of Azam Swati, Naeem Haider Panjhutha and other co-accused until the same date.
It should be noted that a case related to the November 26 protest has been registered against Aleema Khan at Sadiqabad Police Station, Rawalpindi, in which various provisions, including terrorism, have been included.
The court adjourned the hearing until a later date and directed all the accused to ensure their presence.
