PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has dispatched relief aid for the victims of the recent devastating earthquake in Afghanistan, on Tuesday.
According to details, the provincial Minister for Relief, the Chief Secretary of KP, and other officials handed over the aid, consisting of 35 trucks, to the Afghan Consul General Mohibullah Shakir, stationed in Peshawar.
The relief shipment includes 500 winterized tents, 500 family-size tents, 1,000 tarpaulins, 1,500 mattresses, 3,000 pillows, 1,500 quilts, and 500 blankets. Additionally, two trucks carry essential medicines as part of the aid package.
On the occasion, the KP officials also expressed heartfelt condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the earthquake in Afghanistan.

Afghan Consul General Mohibullah Shakir thanked the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, for their generous support and assistance.
