ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s hard hitting batter Fakhar Zaman has reached an another milestone in T20 International cricket.
According to details, in the fourth match of the tri-nation T20 series against Afghanistan at Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Fakhar Zaman played his 100th T20 International match, a significant achievement in his career.
The left handed batter made his T20I debut in 2017 against the West Indies. In his 100th T20I appearance, he scored 25 runs before getting out.
Fakhar Zaman becomes the sixth Pakistani cricketer to reach the 100-match mark in T20 Internationals, joining the ranks of Babar Azam, Mohammad Hafeez, Shoaib Malik, Shadab Khan, and Mohammad Rizwan.

Meanwhile, Afghanistan defeated Pakistan by 18 runs in the match played on Tuesday. Afghanistan batted first and posted a total of 169 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in their 20 overs. In reply, Pakistan managed 151 runs for 9 wickets, falling short of the target.
