There will be no physical file or paperwork. The entire process of verification, approval, and orders will be completed automatically by the system. Pension will be transferred directly to the bank account within the stipulated timeline. Digitally signed orders will be legally acceptable.

The entire process will be monitored through the “Ehsaas Pension Dashboard” at the level of the Chief Minister, Chief Secretary Finance to ensure transparency and timely payment.

Necessary amendments are also being proposed in the relevant laws to make the system effective and sustainable so that this model can be implemented permanently.

Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur said, “This system will save pensioners from office visits and unnecessary delays. This step of ours towards e-governance is a practical example of our commitment to public service.
