WASHINGTON: U.S. President Donald Trump’s close associate and a prominent conservative leader Charlie Kirk, was shot dead in Utah state of United State of America.
According to reports, Charlie Kirk was targeted when he was delivering a speech at Utah Valley University. Reports claimed that the shooting occurred from a distance of approximately 200 yards from a nearby building.
Kirk was shot in the neck and rushed to the hospital in critical condition but succumbed to his injuries.
President Donald Trump expressed his condolences, calling Kirk a great and historic figure who was beloved by many, including himself. Trump also extended his heartfelt sympathies to Kirk’s family.

Meanwhile, the FBI has launched an investigation into the incident.
