MULTAN: At least 17 people lost their lives in four separate boat capsizing incidents as devastating floods have caused widespread destruction in Jalalpur Pirwala area of Punjab.
According to reports, the first incident occurred on September 6, resulting in the deaths of a woman and four children.
On September 8, the second tragedy followed, in which two people lost their lives.
The third incident took place on the night of September 10, killing one child.
Another capsizing also occurred the same night, claiming nine lives, including four siblings.

Rescue efforts are ongoing in the area, as authorities work to manage the flood emergency and prevent further loss of life.
