TEHRAN: Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, Ali Larijani has urged Muslim countries to move beyond symbolic statements and form a joint operations room to confront what it called the fanatical Israeli regime.
In a strongly worded statement, Ali Larijani criticized the ineffectiveness of meetings that produce only speeches and declarations.
He said that endless speeches will not weaken the Israeli government, adding that Muslim nations must take practical steps, and establishing a joint operations room would be a significant move that could alarm the Zionist regime’s supporters.
Larijani emphasized that if Muslim countries are unwilling or unable to act in defense of Palestinians, they should at least take measures to protect themselves from destruction.
