Batkhela: A woman in Batkhela, Malakand, allegedly shot and killed her husband, Shamal Khan, in the Madekhel area. According to Levies officials, the incident occurred after the woman reportedly invited her husband to her home and opened fire, resulting in his immediate death.
The deceased had previously been accused of killing his father-in-law, the woman’s father, some time ago. Following the shooting, the woman surrendered herself to the authorities and was taken into custody at the local police station.
Levies personnel have gathered evidence from the scene and launched an investigation into the matter. The case is under further scrutiny as officials continue their probe to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident and proceed with appropriate legal action.
