ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has launched the “Specialised Development Programme” to enhance the skills of 33 newly promoted officers from EG-I to EG-II across headquarters and zonal offices.
Held from February 10 to 21, 2025, this two-week program focused on leadership, ethics, communication, and advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The program was divided into two phases: the first covered core skills in leadership, communication, and AI, while the second provided specialized training based on professional cadres—Technical, IT, Finance, and General Administration.
Also the pre- and post-training assessments ensured measurable knowledge enhancement.
This initiative reinforces PTA’s commitment to continuous learning and leadership development, equipping officers with the expertise to tackle sector challenges effectively.
