PESHAWAR; In a formal complaint addressed to the Director General, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KP Tourism and Culture Department staff members have raised serious allegations against Tashfeen, the Personal Secretary to Chief Minister’s Advisor Zahid Chandzeb. The letter accuses Tashfeen of excessive interference in official matters, overstepping his authority, and creating a hostile work environment.
According to the letter, Tashfeen has been meddling in all aspects of the department’s operations, disregarding established protocols and undermining the authority of other officials. Employees claim that he has been acting in a derogatory manner toward staff at all levels, often exceeding his designated role.

The situation has escalated to the point where Tashfeen has allegedly begun threatening employees to fulfil his demands. The letter states that he has warned staff members of transfers through the Advisor if they fail to comply with his requests.
Furthermore, the complaint highlights that Tashfeen has interfered with the implementation of rules previously approved by the board, disrupting the department’s functioning. This has created a stressful and untenable work environment, making it increasingly difficult for employees to perform their duties effectively.
In light of these issues, the staff has demanded immediate action against Tashfeen and called for an end to his interference in official matters. They have urged the Director General to address the situation to restore order and ensure a professional work environment.
The letter underscores the growing frustration among employees and their plea for intervention to uphold the integrity and efficiency of the department.
