SWAT: At least two people were killed and 5 others were injured in the shooting in Allah Akbar Mosque, Saidu Sharif in Mingora, the district headquarters of Swat.
According to the police, the accused who opened fire was arrested from the scene along with weapons and shifted to an unknown location.
According to the police, the accused first opened fire in the mosque and later fled to a nearby hospital, where the police arrested the accused.
According to rescue officials, the deceased include Sajjad and Akbar, while the injured include Shahi Rawan, Kamran, Latif Khan, and Sharif and Ehsan Khan.
According to District Police Officer, Swat, Nasir Mahmood, the investigation of the accused is underway, saying that no evidence of any terrorist element has been found in the incident so far, however, seems the alleged shooter is mentally abnormal as he had also killed his sister a few days ago and further investigation of the accused is underway.
