According to a spokesperson for the Motorway Police, the M1 Motorway from Peshawar to Swabi has been shut down due to poor visibility caused by the thick fog. The National Highway Authority (NHA) has issued a fresh travel advisory urging citizens to exercise caution.

To ensure public safety and facilitate secure travel, motorways have been temporarily closed. Authorities are advising citizens to plan their journeys during daylight hours whenever possible. For updates and assistance, travelers can contact the helpline at 130.
