KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan rose on Tuesday, following an increase in international rates.
In the local market, gold per tola reached Rs306,300 after a jump of Rs4,800.
The price of 10 grams climbed to Rs262,602, rising by Rs4,115, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association.
In the global market, gold hit $2,916 per ounce, including a $20 premium, with a daily rise of $47.
Silver prices also increased by Rs45, reaching Rs3,315 per tola.

On Monday, gold prices in Pakistan had surged by Rs1,500 per tola.
