Gold prices continued their upward trajectory in both domestic and international markets, reaching new record highs on Thursday.
In Pakistan, the price per tola surged by Rs1,650 to Rs319,000, while the price of 10-gram gold rose by Rs1,415 to Rs273,491, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
This follows a Rs2,550 increase the previous day, which had set a then-record high of Rs317,350 per tola.
