KP govt releases 620 million funds to 29 TMAs

KP finalises 177.52 billion development budget for 50 projects in 2025-26

 

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Department has released Rs620 million fund for the province’s 29 Tehsil Municipal Administrations (TMAs), which have been allocated for the payment of salaries and pensions of employees.

According to the Finance Department order, the funds released include Rs1 million for Tehsil Municipal Officer Battagram, Rs5 million for Karak, Rs15 million for Domel, Rs70 million for Bannu, Rs70 million for Charsadda, Rs5 million for Tangi, Rs4 million for Shabqadar, Rs22 million for Chitral, Rs20 million for Adenzai, Rs90 million for DI Khan, Rs18 million for Kalachi, Rs29 million for Paharpur, Rs2 million for Parosa, and Rs70 million for Tank.

In addition, funds have also been allocated for other TMAs, which will be used only for the payment of salaries and pensions.
