Governor Kundi highlights youth’s role in tackling climate change

PESHAWAR: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi extended warm Eid-ul-Fitr greetings to the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the nation, and the Muslim Ummah on Sunday.

In his message, he emphasized that Eid is a symbol of unity and brotherhood, fostering love and solidarity among Muslims. He highlighted the need for national and provincial unity, especially in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, to counter threats from anti-state elements and ensure lasting peace.

Governor Kundi urged people to spread joy not only on Eid but throughout the year by sharing love and kindness. He also paid tribute to the security forces and police martyrs, acknowledging their sacrifices for the nation’s peace and offering respect to their families.

He emphasized the importance of including the less fortunate in Eid celebrations, recognizing the occasion as a divine reward for the Muslim Ummah. He also expressed gratitude for the blessings of Ramadan and prayed for continued prosperity and peace.
