The price of gold in Pakistan fell for the second straight day of the business week, according to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association.
The association reported that the price of gold price per tola decreased by Rs 2,000, bringing the new rate to Rs 318,000. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold dropped by Rs 1,715, settling at Rs 272,633.
In addition, silver prices also saw a decline, with the rate per tola falling by Rs 50 to Rs 3,170. The price of ten grams of silver decreased by Rs 43, reaching Rs 2,717.

Internationally, the price of gold also dipped, falling from 3,038 to 3,010 per ounce.
