KARAK: In the Damgri Siraj Khel area of Karak, four members of a family were injured after a man named Safiullah, reportedly addicted to ice, opened fire following a refusal to consume drugs. According to District Police Officer (DPO) Shahbaz Elahi, the victims included the accused’s wife, father-in-law, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law.
Rescue 1122 teams promptly arrived at the scene and transported the injured to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Takhti Nusrati for medical treatment. Police authorities have launched an operation to apprehend the accused, Safiullah, as confirmed by DPO Shahbaz Elahi.
