*All Pakistan BISP Employees Welfare Association Khyber Pakhtunkhwa demanded upgradation of thier services and regularization of contractual employees.
Today, the provincial cabinet meeting of All BISP Employees Welfare Association Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was held at BISP Tehsil Office Peshawar Town One. The meeting was chaired by the President of the Association, Mr. Jawad Anwar. Senior Vice President, Mr. Zia-ur-Rehman, General Secretary, Mr. Inayat-ur-Rehman and Provincial Information Secretary, Mr. Engineer Al-Qumoud Khan attended the meeting in person, while other cabinet members joined online (Zoom).
The meeting began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, after which the President presented the agenda. After detailed discussion on the agenda, the following demands and recommendations were presented, the immediate solution of which was emphasized:
1. *Scale 16 promotion:* 100 percent promotion without test should be given on the basis of seniority cum fitness.
Upgradation:* Scale 16 upgradation should be approved with backdated from 2016.
Regularization:* All CMs should be regularized.
Promotion path for Naib Qasid:* A new post of LDC (Scale 11) should be introduced at the district level.
Uniform system of promotion:* A fair and uniform system of promotion should be formulated for all cadres.
Test circular:* The circular issued for the test should be immediately cancelled or postponed till the board meeting.
Moreover, the meeting held at BISP headquarters yesterday was described as very encouraging and welcome for all the employees. The cabinet members thanked the Chairperson BISP Ms. Rubina Khalid and the Secretary BISP and hoped that they would fulfill their promises on priority basis.
It was also assured that the Chairperson and Secretary BISP will take positive and practical steps to implement the demands presented by the President of All Pakistan BISP Employees Welfare Association, Mr. Sardar Shiraz, and the President of the Officers Association, Mr. Sardar Azmat.
In addition, the employees expressed serious reservations over the conduct of the test for promotion from the current scale 16 to 17. On this occasion, it was demanded that the policy of test promotion without removing the condition of the test be included in the agenda of the board meeting so that the anxiety and anxiety of the employees can end and they can serve with full dedication for the development and welfare of the organization.
