Amir Muqam inaugurates Solarisation project in Shangla major hospital

The Federal Minister for Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan affairs and SAFRON, Amir Muqam, inaugurated a Solarisation project at the district headquarters hospital, Alpuri, Shangla on Friday.

Engineer Amir Muqam, the Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan, and SAFRON, as well as the President of the Pakistan Muslim League (N) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, inaugurated a solarisation project at the District Headquarters Hospital in Alpuri.

During a large public gathering at Jirga Hall in Alpuri following the inauguration, the Federal Minister expressed gratitude to the Pakistan Army, Field Marshal Asim Munir, and the entire nation for the success of Operation Banyan Al-Marsoos. He emphasised that this victory is providing Pakistan with a new global identity.

He stated that if the nation remains united, no power in the world can defeat Pakistan. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir, Pakistan is equipped to confront any challenge.

The Federal Minister also remarked that those who attempted to discredit Pakistan with a specific agenda are now feeling ashamed. He believes that their true intentions will be revealed through the protest call from PTI, and that the nation has fully rejected the politics of falsehood and division.

He reaffirmed his commitment to standing with the people during every crisis, whether it be an earthquake, flood, or terrorism.

Despite it being a holiday, a significant number of people attended the event. The ceremony was also attended by senior officials from UNHCR, the Afghan Commissionerate, the SAFRON Ministry, and other relevant institutions.

Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan, and SAFRON, Engineer Amir Muqam, held an important meeting on Friday with PML-N presidents and key party leaders from the merged districts of the former FATA.

During the meeting, the delegation briefed Engineer Amir Muqam, who is also the PML-N President for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, on the major issues affecting the region.

Muqam listened attentively and expressed strong support for their concerns, declaring their demands “completely valid” and reaffirming his commitment to addressing them.

“The well-being of the people in the merged districts is our priority. I am dedicated to offering every possible assistance. These districts have a distinct identity and significance,” Muqam stated.

The delegation expressed full confidence in Engineer Amir Muqam’s leadership and praised his ongoing efforts to resolve longstanding issues and promote the welfare of the people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Muqam highlighted that the federal government, under Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, is prioritising the development and support of the merged districts.

The meeting was attended by prominent PML-N figures from across the merged districts, including former MNAs Malik Nazir and Malik Spingul, Senior Vice President Inayat Khan, Coordinator Zar Khan Safi, Faqir Muhammad, Gul Karim, Malik Shaban Orakzai, Sanaullah, Abdul Karim Abid, Mir Badshah Jandola, Saeed Duraz Khan, Kashif Khan, Naqeebullah Mehsud, and Akhtar Zaman. Member of the Provincial Assembly Sardar Shah Jehan Yousaf also participated.
