ABBOTTABAD: Member of the National Assembly from the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, Shaista Jadoon, has said that any misadventure if initiated by India will have a dear cost.
She expressed these views while addressing an emergency press conference at Abbottabad Press Club on Sunday. On this occasion, Sohail of the Muslim Youth Wing, Nazim YC Chahan Malik Iqbal, Banaras Abbasi, Waqar Gul and others were also present.
She said a befitting reply would be given to Indian aggression. The entire nation stands behind the Pakistan Army. Jihad has become obligatory against Indian aggression. “The Indian ambitions of 1965 will be crushed to dust,” She said
She said that she had full confidence in the leadership and capabilities of Army Chief Asif Munir. This time, India would come to its senses at all levels, naval, land and air. “This country came into existence in the name of Islam and the word of God, no one can harm it. We have made weapons and tested them under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif, now the matter of tolerance has gone beyond,” She asserted. She further said there was no match for the Pakistan Army.
In response to a question, Ms Jadoon said that the nation was firmly united in this matter, beyond any party, while India’s dramas had been exposed at the global level. On this occasion, a rally was taken out from the Press Club to the DC Office to express solidarity with the Pakistan Army. The participants were carrying placards. The rally participants shouted slogans against India and in support of the army and Kashmir.
