Pakistani javelin star Arshad Nadeem has declined an invitation from India’s Olympic champion Neeraj Chopra to compete in the Neeraj Chopra Classic Throwing Championship in Bengaluru on May 24.
Nadeem, a Paris Olympics gold medalist, cited scheduling conflicts, stating his 2024 training and competition calendar was finalized earlier. He thanked Chopra but emphasized he cannot adjust his commitments.
