AWKU's syndicate rejects sale of assets, ANP lauds decision
PESHAWAR: Former Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Amir Haider Khan Hoti has paid tribute to the syndicate members for rejecting the decision to sell the assets of Abdul Wali Khan University.

He condemned the provincial government for putting pressure on the syndicate members and said that despite repeated efforts, the government could not succeed in its nefarious objectives.

Amir Haider Khan Hoti said that in today’s meeting, the decision to sell the land was once again rejected, which proves to be an important milestone regarding the future of the children of Mardan.

He praised the courage of the syndicate members and said that there will be no compromise on the future of the children.

He further said that dozens of other educational projects in Mardan, including the Bacha Khan Greater Educational Complex, are incomplete, and the members must raise their voice for the completion of these projects.

He also asked the public why the MPAs and MNAs of PTI (Mardan) are silent about this, while it is their responsibility to protect the rights of the people.
