BAJAUR: Under the directives of District Police Officer (DPO) Waqas Rafique, Bajaur police launched a large-scale crack down on underage motorcycle riders across the district to enhance road safety and prevent accidents.
Authorities seized numerous motorcycles from minors during the drive, which spanned all police station jurisdictions. The impounded bikes were subsequently parked at respective police stations.

DPO Rafique emphasized that the operation aims to protect lives and enforce traffic discipline. “Following traffic laws is mandatory for all citizens,” he stated, urging parents to prevent their underage children from riding motorcycles.
The police also appealed to the public to cooperate with law enforcement to improve traffic management and reduce accidents.
