ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Tehrek-I-Insaf (PT) founder and former prime minister, Imran Khan’s spouse, Bushra Bibi has removed Mashal Yousafzai from the post of her spokesperson, while appointing four new focal persons to defend her on media.
The development revealed by the PTI’s founder, Imran Khan, lawyer Advocate Tabish Farooq, on Tuesday, while speaking media outside Adiala Jail.
“Bushra Bibi has removed Mashal Yousafzai from the position of her spokesperson and appointed four new focal persons,” Ms Tabish stated.
She identified the newly appointed focal persons as Naeem Panjotha, Mubashir Awan, Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry and Rai Salman.
She claimed that the founder of PTI, Bushra Bibi and the party leadership were present in the meeting where the decision was taken.
She said Bushra Bibi herself said that Mashal Yousafzai will no longer be her spokesperson.
