Car sales in the country saw a significant increase of 28% in July 2025 compared to the same month last year. According to industry data, 11,034 units were sold, up from 8,589 units in July 2024.
However, when compared to the previous month of June, sales dropped dramatically by 49%. A total of 21,743 units were sold in June, meaning sales fell to less than half in July.
This sales data includes cars, jeeps, vans, light commercial vehicles (LCVs), and electric vehicles.
