DUBAI: Bangladesh has won the toss and decided to bat first against India in the second match of the ICC Champions Trophy here at Dubai Cricket Stadium on Thursday.
Bangladesh skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto said at the toss that he is very happy with the preparation of the team coming into the tournament. He highlights their ODI series win over India in 2022, which was the last time they played each other in the format. Three seamers and two spinners is the combination they’re going with.
Indian captain Rohit Sharma said that he would have fielded first.
