ISLAMABAD: Lahore anti-terrorism court (ATC) granted on Wednesday police permission to interrogate Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan in jail in connection with 12 cases related to the events that transpired on May 9.
In a reserved verdict announced by Judge Manzar Ali Gul, the court also approved the conduct of a polygraph (lie detector) and photogrammetric test of the former prime minister. The prosecution had filed a petition requesting these tests, which the court accepted. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan met with his three sisters, including Aleema Khan, and three members of his legal team, including party chairman Barrister Gohar, at Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi on Tuesday.
