PESHAWAR: Noman Mohib Kakakhail submitted a writ petition against mobile companies for repeatedly disrupting their services appealed to the Honourable court to issue notices to PTA and relevant mobile companies.
Petitioner lawyer Noman Mohib Kakakhel complained that Mobile and internet singles are non-existent in the premises of Peshawar High Court and Sessions Courts, and even Lawyers and litigants are facing severe difficulties due to the lack of signals in the court.
The lawyer said that various court matters have also been severely affected due to signal problems, and court performance and daily affairs of lawyers have been paralysed due to various jammers installed in the name of security.
After hearing the petition, the court issued notices to the federal government, PTA and the relevant mobile network companies. The court sought responses from the parties on the next hearing.
