SOUTH WAZIRISTAN :A complete curfew has been imposed in Barmal Tehsil of South Waziristan Lower from 6 am to 7 pm today due to the law and order situation.
The district administration issued an official notification, restricting movement on the Pak-Afghan Highway, Ragzai, Sholam, and Khamrang.
All markets and commercial centers will remain closed during the curfew. Movement is strictly prohibited, except in emergencies—and only with prior permission from police or security forces.
Citizens must show their ID cards and relevant documents if traveling under emergency conditions.
The notification also stated that if security forces’ vehicles are spotted, citizens must immediately move their vehicles at least 100 meters away from the road.
The administration has urged people to cooperate with security agencies to maintain peace and order.
