Curfew imposed in North Waziristan amid security concerns

NORTH WAZIRISTAN: The district administration has imposed a 12-hour curfew (6 AM to 6 PM) across North Waziristan due to security threats. Officials stated the move aims to ensure law and order, urging residents to avoid unnecessary travel and cooperate with authorities.

All major highways, including routes from Datta Khel to Miran Shah, Miran Shah to Razmak, Miran Shah to Mir Ali, and Mir Ali to Bannu, will remain closed during the curfew. Citizens were advised to use alternative routes if essential travel is required.

The administration emphasized the curfew is temporary and critical for public safety, asking locals to comply with security protocols.
