MIRANSHAH: In view of the security situation in North Waziristan, the district administration has issued a notification imposing a complete curfew on Sunday, July 20, from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM for the second consecutive day.
The district administration and law enforcement agencies have clarified that all movement within the district boundaries will be strictly prohibited during this time. All commercial centers, bazaars, and markets will remain closed.
According to the statement, public movement in various areas and on roads will be completely banned during the curfew. Citizens have been requested to suspend all daily activities across the district and fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
The notification further states that the night-time movement restrictions, from sunset to sunrise, will remain in place until further notice. Citizens are advised to take necessary precautions.
