LAHORE: DG ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif paid a special visit to Government College University Lahore, where he attended an intellectual and informative session with the students.
On this occasion, he commented on India’s failed Operation Sindoor and Pakistan’s successful military strategy “Operation Bunyan-al-Marsus”.
Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif told the students that Pakistan’s armed forces not only thwarted the enemy’s nefarious intentions but also bravely faced the threats to national security.
He especially appreciated the spirit, patriotism and awareness of the younger generation and said that the determination shown by the youth during the Battle of Truth is the guarantee of Pakistan’s bright future.
During the session, the students of GC University raised important questions related to social, national and security, to which the DG ISPR gave answers in a very reasoned and clear manner. This question-and-answer session not only created awareness among the students on national issues but also played an important role in the intellectual training of the youth.
At the end of the session, the students of the university presented an emotional national song, through which they paid tribute to the Pakistani Armed Forces and demonstrated great national solidarity.
The students of GC University Lahore described this special session of the DG ISPR as a rare opportunity for academic and intellectual guidance and expressed their desire to organize such events in the future as well.
