DG ISPR visits King Edward Medical University Lahore

LAHORE: Director General Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif visited King Edward Medical University Lahore and highlighted the strategy and success of the Pakistan Army in Operation Bunyan-al-Marsus.

On his arrival at King Edward Medical University, he was warmly welcomed by the administration and students. Addressing the ceremony, he said that the support of the people, especially the role of the youth, was important in the victory of the rightful cause. Commenting on the Kashmir issue, he said Kashmir was, is and will remain the jugular vein of Pakistan. He said that Pakistan fully supports the People of Kashmir in their right of self-determination and independence and would not push back against any sacrifice.

He added that Baloch people are connected to Pakistan through history, religion, culture and tradition, and a handful of terrorists cannot stop the path of overall development and prosperity of Balochistan and Pakistan.

He also paid tributes to students and the entire nation for their moral and courageous support for boosting the moral of Pakistan army during the historic victory of Operation Bunyan-ul-Marsus.The students and faculty members expressed their desire to organize more such interactive sessions.
