Fake Donation Campaign Exposed for District Headquarters Hospital Charsadda – The hospital medical superintendent (MS) called for police action.
The Medical Superintendent of District Headquarters Hospital Charsadda has submitted a written complaint regarding a fraudulent campaign on social media in which individuals are soliciting donations from the public in the hospital’s name. This deceptive campaign has not only misled the public but has also harmed the institution’s reputation.
The complaint clarifies that these individuals are falsely claiming that DHQ Hospital requires funds for blood pressure machines, while in reality, the hospital is fully equipped with these facilities, and the administration has never issued such an appeal.
According to the Medical Superintendent, over one million rupees have been collected through this fraudulent campaign. This is an improper use of the hospital’s name and constitutes defamation of a government medical institution.
The Medical Superintendent has recommended immediate and strict legal action by the City Police in Charsadda to ensure that those responsible are brought to justice and that the stolen money is recovered. A formal request has been made to register a case regarding this matter.
