Eid-ul-Fitr brings exciting Pashto movie releases

"Dedan," "Hashnaghar k Malangi," and "Zoye da Azari" Hit Screens This Eid

PESHAWAR: This Eid-ul-Fitr, cinema enthusiasts will be treated to the screening of three Pashto films, signaling a vibrant resurgence for the regional film industry. The releases promise a mix of entertainment and emotion, drawing audiences back to theaters with compelling storytelling and high production values.

Among the highly anticipated films is “Dedan,” directed by Qaiser Sanober, alongside “Hashnaghar k Malangi, Pekhawar k Badmashi,” helmed by Arshad Khan, and “Zoye da Azari,” directed by Shahid Usman. These movies boast strong scripts, talented casts, scenic locations, and melodious soundtracks, aiming to leave a lasting impact on viewers.

Renowned filmmaker and actor Arbaaz Khan, who stars in three of these productions, expressed optimism about their success. “Pashto films have great potential for profitability, and we hope these releases will contribute to the industry’s revival this Eid,” he said.
