ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Atta Tarar has said that our enemy is both cunning and malicious, looking for an opportunity to harm the beloved country.
Speaking on Hum News’ program “Hum Dekhenge”, Atta Tarar said that the armed forces are ready to deal with any misadventure, we have already expressed our determination that we will respond in a strong manner. He said that Pakistan has never taken the initiative, Pakistan has never escalated aggression, Pakistan has always defended itself and given a befitting reply, Pakistan is a peaceful country, the desire for peace should not be considered weakness. He added that the Prime Minister met the British High Commissioner, and before that he also met with ambassadors. Pakistan is firmly putting its case before the world. He said that they also raised the case of Kashmir in the UN Security Council. Anti-Modi sentiment is on the rise in India, and there is spread speculation regarding Modi administration regarding its bad governance. Pakistan wants peace in the region, there will be no compromise on sovereignty. He said that Pakistan has a very strong case regarding the Indus Waters Treaty.
